The Fourth Annual National Buffalo Wing Festival took place September 2, 3 and 4, 2005, Labor Day weekend, at Dunn Tire Park in Buffalo, NY, home of the Buffalo chicken wing.

Part of the festivities was the Buffalo Buffet Bowl Eating Championship on Sunday, September 4. The buffet featured a variety of foods including Buffalo chicken tenders, roast beef sandwiches on Weck rolls and pierogies.

Ed Jarvis won the competition, edging out local favorite Jim Reeves.
