Last year marked the ascension of a new corn queen, Miki Sudo, who clinched the title by consuming an awe-inspiring 52 ears of corn. Hot on her heels was Gideon Oji, with a close 51.5 ears, followed by a formidable lineup of contenders. Yet, Carmen Cincotti's jaw-dropping world record of 61.75 ears still beckons challengers from near and far. Who will emerge as the sovereign of the 2024 corn-eating realm? About The South Florida Sweet Corn Fiesta The South Florida Sweet Corn Fiesta is presented by the Western Palm Beach Farm Bureau, is buttered with a family festival of children’s games, music, a national eating competition and, oh yes, mouth-watering and locally grown sweet corn.
